Stavanger Steel Industries grows, acquires Keycast Kohlswa

Stavanger Steel Industries can since before offer production of hand formed steel castings in Norway and Sweden. Now being able to offer our customers shell moulding as a production method completes the offering to the market very well. Hand forming are suitable for complex details and smaller series, whereas shell moulding are suitable for products with further demands on nice surfaces, smaller tolerances and higher volumes.

A Unique competence that Keycast Kohlswa holds is its capability, as a shell moulding foundry, to cast as heavy parts as 350-400kg per piece.
